Mr. Certilman draws on thirty years of experience in legal problem-solving across a wide range of commercial subject matters to provide advice and counsel which is both insightful and practical. He has extensive experience in the corporate and commercial field and particularly in the areas of intellectual property, information technology and outsourcing and has built a successful practice across a range of disciplines including business transactions, contracting and negotiation, commercial litigation and licensing law.

Mr. Certilman is a published author, frequent speaker and trainer in the ADR field, as well as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law. He is a Fellow of the London-based Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Chartered Arbitrator and a member of major arbitration panels in the United States and worldwide.
