Steven A. In the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mr. Certilman has served as a domestic and international commercial arbitrator since 1988 and a mediator since 1999.  His particular areas of expertise are in the areas of intellectual property law and information technology law, including matters arising out of business process and technology outsourcing transactions, licensing and telecommunications agreements.  He is a published author and frequent speaker on ADR as well as a trainer in arbitration training programs.  Mr. Certilman serves as a Trustee of the London-based Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, of which he is a Fellow, and he has qualified as a Chartered Arbitrator, its highest qualification. Mr. Certilman is a member of numerous arbitration panels in the United States and throughout the world.
